Hedgerow Sangria
Ingredients

1 cup of brandy

2 bottles of Blackberry wine

1ltr small bottle of lemonade

1 cup of orange juice

50g granulated sugar

3-4 oranges

3-4 lemons
-
3-4 limes
-
3-4 apples

A handful of strawberries
Directions
In a large bowl or pan mix brandy, wine and orange and sugar together until fully disolved. Add chopped apples and strawberries along with sliced lemons, limes and oranges to taste. Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours, then serve with lemonade and on really hot days, add in a few chunks of ice too.

Obnoxious Nettle
Serves 10
Ingredients

250ml of gin

2 bottles of Nettle wine
-
Soda or tonic water
-
4-5 limes
-
A handful of mint leaves
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together Nettle wine and gin. Cut limes into 6 slices and add 1-2 limes into the bowl. Chill in the fridge for an hour or two and serve with generous amounts of ice. Add into the glass a wedge of lime and a few mint leaves as well as soda or tonic water to taste.
